Biodiversity and community sit at the heart of this sustainable urban self-build development. Working with residents, the wider community and local gardener Sue Luxon, we transformed a former brownfield site into a connected collection of shared gardens.
The landscape includes a thriving allotment, a woodland glade, a children’s play area, a communal dining space and an extensive pollinator-friendly garden running alongside the River Ravensbourne. Together, these spaces support wildlife, food growing, play, rest and social connection – creating a genuinely nature-led community landscape.
